This research aims to study the relation between the quality of working life (as an independent variable) and organizational commitment (as a dependent variable) of the personnel of the Islamic Azad University of Mahabad Branch. For this purpose, standard questionnaires have been prepared to collect required data using Walton questionnaire for the variable " quality of working life " , and Mowday, Steers, and Porter questionnaire for organizational commitment. As the variables are measures in a ranking manner, Spearman non-parametric correlation test has been applied in form of a table for inferential test of the variables, and in conclusion, eight hypotheses of this research have been confirmed based on the values of correlation coefficients.
