 فضائی الودگی اب و ہوا میں نقصان دہ گیسوں کا شامل ہو جانا فضائی الودگی کہلاتا ہے- الودگی کی اہم وجوہات میں فوسل فیوز کا جلنا یعنی کوئلہ گیس اور ائل جلانا, ٹریفک سنتوں اور فیکٹریوں سے نکلنے والا دھواں شامل ہے۔ یہ الودگی دمے اور پھیپھڑوں کے کینسر جیسی مہلک بیماریوں کا سبب بنتی ہے۔

 زمینی الودگی ایسے عوامل جن کے ذریعے نقصان دہ مواد زمین کی سطح اور مٹی کو تباہ کر دیں زمینی الودگی کہلاتی ہے مثلا کیڑے مار ادوایات کا جھڑکاؤ، کوڑا کرکٹ اور صنعتوں اور فیکٹریوں کا کیمیکل پھینک دینا وغیرہ۔ یہ الودگی زرخیز زمین کو بنجر کر دینے کا سبب بنتی ہے۔

 ابی الودگی صاف پانی میں نقصان دہ مواد کا شامل ہو جانا ابی الودگی کہلاتا ہے- جب سیورج کچرہ اور فیکٹریوں سے نکلنے والا فضلہ پینے والے پانی میں شامل ہو جاتا ہے تو یہ جانوروں اور انسانوں دونوں کو یکسا متاثر کرتا ہے- یہ الودہ پانی ہیضہ اور ٹائیفائیڈ جیسی بیماریوں کا سبب بنتا ہے اس کے علاوہ ایسے الودہ پانی میں تیرا کی جلد کی بیماریوں کا سبب بنتی ہے

اس سبق میں پانی کی اہمیت اور اس کے آلودہ ہونے کی صورت میں ہونے والے نقصانات کو بیان کیا گیا ہے۔ہوا اور غذا کی طرح سے پانی بھی انسانی صحت کے لیے ضروری ہے۔ کھانے پینے کی چیزوں میں بے احتیاطی اور ان کو کھلا چھوڑ دینے سے بیماریاں پھیلتی ہیں۔ بیماریاں پھیلانے والے جراثیم ان چیزوں کو آلودہ کرتے ہیں۔ اسی طرح کارخانوں کا دھواں اور مہلک گیسیں بھی فضا کو آلودہ بناتی ہیں۔

اسی طرح پانی کے ذخائر بھی آلودہ ہوتے ہیں جیسے کہ تالابوں اور نہروں کے پانی میں کپڑے دھوئے اور مویشی نہلائے جاتے ہیں۔وہاں انسان نہاتے بھی ہیں۔ یوں ساری آلودگی اور جانوروں کی گندگی اس پانی کو آلودہ بناتی ہے۔نالیوں کی گندگی اور کوڑا بھی بیماریوں کا سبب بنتا ہے۔

کارخانوں کا میل کچیل اور کیڑے مار ادویات کا استعمال بھی پانی کو آلودہ بناتے ہیں۔اس قسم کی گندگی پانی میں آکسیجن کی مقدار کوکم کرتی ہیں جو مچھلیوں کی موت کا سبب بنتا ہے۔ بارش کا پانی قدرتی طور پر صاف اور پینے کے قابل ہوتا ہے۔ یہی پانی زمین پر نالوں کی شکل میں بہتا اور تالابوں کی صورت میں جمع ہوتا ہے۔

اس طرح اس پانی میں مٹی کے ذرات اور دوسرے نمکیات جمع ہو جاتے ہیں۔جس سے یہ پانی گدلا ہو کر قبض ، پیچش اور ہیضہ جیسی بیماریوں کا سبب بنتا ہے۔ آلودہ پانی کو پینے کے قابل بنانے کے لیے اسے ابال کر ٹھنڈا کیا جائے اور چھان کر صاف برتن میں رکھا جائے۔ابالتے وقت اس میں چٹکی بھر پوٹاشیم پر میگنیٹ ڈالنے سے جراثیم مر جاتے ہیں۔

گدلے پانی کی صفائی کےلیے پھٹکری کے ٹکڑے ڈال کر اسے چھان لینا چاہیے جس سے مٹی کے ذرات تہہ میں بیٹھ جانے کے بعد پانی صاف ہو جاتا ہے۔ پینے کے پانی کے نلوں کو ہمیشہ گندی نالیوں سے دور رکھنا چاہیے۔ صاف پانی کےلیے ان تما احتیاطوں کا برتا جانا ضروری ہے۔

ہوا پانی اور غذا ہماری صحت اور زندگی کے لیے ضروری ہے۔ بے احتیاطی اور بے قاعدگی سے ان چیزوں میں خرابی پیدا ہو جاتی ہے۔ کھانے کی چیزیں اگر کھلی چھوڑ دی جائے تو مکھیاں، گرد اور بیماری پھیلانے والے جراثیم ان کو آلودہ کر دیتے ہیں۔ گردوغبار، کارخانوں سے نکلنے والا دھواں اور مہلک گیس ہوا میں آلودگی پیدا کر دیتی ہے۔

تشریح: دنیا میں آدمی کو زندہ اور صحت مند رہنے کے لیے ہوا، پانی اور کھانا بہت ضروری چیزیں ہیں۔ اگر ہم ان چیزوں کی دیکھ بھال نہ کریں گے۔ ان کو قاعدے اور احتیاط سے نہ رکھیں گے تو یہ چیزیں خراب ہو جاتی ہیں۔ کھانے کی چیزوں کو ڈھک کر رکھنا چاہیے۔ ورنہ دھول، مکھیاں اور بیماری پھیلانے والے کیڑے مکوڑے ان کو گندہ کر دیں گے۔ ماحول میں اڑنے والی دھول، کارخانوں کا زہریلا دھواں اور بہت نقصان دینے والی گیسیں، ہوا کو زہریلا بنا دیتی ہیں جو تندرستی کو خراب کرتی ہے۔

اب ہم دیکھتے ہیں کہ ہمارے پینے کے پانی کے ذخیرے کس طرح آلودہ ہوتے ہیں؟ باؤلیوں، تالابوں اور نہروں کے پانی میں کپڑے دھوئے جاتے ہیں۔ مویشیوں کو نہلایا جاتا ہے۔ انسان بھی وہیں نہاتے ہیں۔ اس طرح انسانوں کی اور جانوروں کی ساری گندگیاں باؤلیوں اور تالابوں میں داخل ہو جاتی ہیں۔ اور پانی آلودہ ہوجاتاہے۔ نالیوں کی گندگی اور کوڑا کرکٹ بھی بیماریوں کا سبب بنتا ہے۔ کارخانوں سے نکلنے والا میل کچیل اور کیڑے مار دواؤں کا چھڑکاؤ بھی پانی کی آلودگی میں اضافہ کرتا ہے، اس اس قسم کی گندگیاں پانی میں آکسیجن کی مقدار کم کر دیتی ہیں جس کی وجہ سے مچھلیاں مر جاتی ہے۔

تشریح : ہم یہ سمجھنے کی کوشش کرتے ہیں کہ ہمارے پینے کے پانی کے ذخیرے کیسے گندے ہوتے ہیں۔ ہم دیکھتے ہیں کہ باؤلیوں، تالابوں اور نہروں میں لوگ اپنے گندے کپڑے دھوتے ہیں، اور اپنے جنگلی جانوروں کو بھی نہلاتے ہیں، اور انسان بھی انہیں کے ساتھ نہاتے ہیں۔ اس طرح نہانے دھونے سے انسانوں کی، جانوروں کی اور کپڑوں کی ساری گندگیاں باؤلیوں، تالابوں اور نہروں میںگھل مل جاتی ہے اور ان کا سارا پانی گندگی سے بھر جاتا ہے۔ گھروں کے آس پاس نالیوں کی گندگی اور اِدھر اُدھر جمع کوڑاکرکٹ بھی طرح طرح کی بیماریاں پھیلاتا ہے۔ بڑے چھوٹے کارخانوں سے نکلنے والا دھواں اور میل کچیل اور کیڑے مار دواؤں کا چھڑکاؤ بھی پانی میں گندگی اور خطرناک ملاوٹ پیدا کرتا ہے۔ سچ یہ ہے کہ اس طرح کی گندگیاں پانی میں آکسیجن گیس کی کمی کر دیتی ہیں۔ ایسی حالت میں پانی میں رہنے والی مچھلیاں بھی مر جاتی ہیں۔

1 : ہماری صحت مندی یا تندرستی کے لیے ہوا، پانی اور غزا (کھانا) نہایت ضروری ہے۔ دیکھا گیا ہے کہ باؤلیوں باؤڑیوں) اور تالابوں کا پانی جانوروں اور انسانوں کے نہانے سے خراب یا گندہ ہو جاتا ہے۔

2 : مختلف بیماریوں کے پھیلنے کی ایک وجہ گندا پانی بھی ہو سکتا ہے۔ خراب یا آلودہ (ملاوٹ والا) پانی کو اچھا خاصا اُبال کر پینے کے لائق بنایا جا سکتا ہے۔

جواب : کسی بھی طرح کی ملاوٹ کو آلودگی کہا جاتا ہے۔ مگر یہ لفظ زیادہ تر غلط قسم کی ملاوٹ کے لئے استعمال ہوتا ہے۔

جواب : شہر کے لوگوں کے نہانے، کپڑے دھونے، کوڑا کرکٹ پھینکنے سے دریاؤں میں گندگی شامل ہو جاتی ہے۔

سوال 6 : آلودہ پانی کو پینے کے قابل کیسے بنایا جاتا ہے؟

جواب : آلودہ پانی کو پینے کے قابل بنانے کے لیے اسے جوش دے کر ٹھنڈا کریں اور چھان کر کسی صاف برتن میں رکھیں۔ پانی کو ابالتے وقت دو چٹکی پوٹاشیم میگنیٹ ڈالنے سے جراثیم مرتے ہیں۔ پھر اسے صاف کرنے کے لئے کچھ پھٹکری ڈال کر چھان لینا چاہئے، اس طرح آلودہ پانی پینے کے قابل ہو جاتا ہے۔

جواب: پانی کی آلودگی ہماری صحت کے لیے بہت نقصان دہ ہے۔ آلودگی سے طرح طرح کی بیماریاں پھیلتی ہیں اس لیے ہمیں پانی کو آلودگی سے بچانے کے لیے ہر ممکن کوشش کرنی چاہیے۔ در اصل پانی کے مختلف ذریعوں کو جیسے تالاب، ندی، جھیل، کنویں، نہرے وغیرہ کو نہانے دھونے سے محفوظ رکھنا چاہیے۔

اگر پانی میں آلودگی کا اندیشہ ہو تو اسے پوٹاشیم میگنیٹک ڈال کر اچھی طرح ابال لینا چاہیے اور پھٹکری ڈال کر اسے چھاننا چاہیے۔ اس طرح وہ پانی پینے کے لائق ہو جاتا ہے۔ عام طور سے قدرت کی طرف سے ہونے والی برسات کا پانی آلودگی سے پاک و صاف ہوتا ہے، ہم اس کا بلاخوف استعمال کر سکتے ہیں۔
